Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post. Shipments are usually dispatched within 8–14 days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on the respective courier company or postal authorities’ policies.

Kalachitraa is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities but ensures timely handover of consignments within the specified 8–14 day period from the date of order and payment (or as agreed).

All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Order confirmations and shipping updates will be sent to your registered email ID.
